From this location, we coordinate a range of activities including customer communication, project coordination, logistics management and operational support.

Working closely with our Shanghai Service Center, our teams in Japan and China operate as a single service network, enabling smoother communication, efficient logistics and consistent quality across cross-border projects.

This milestone represents another step in building a reliable operational platform for after-sales services in Japan.
