Established Shanghai Jinwei Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. in Shanghai, China.
January 2017
Began outsourced after sales service operations in China for children’s smart watches under the Chinese brand Terra Ring.
October 2019
Started operations as an outsourcing partner for after sales service support for Profoto products within the Chinese market.
These operations extended beyond simple repair services and included integrated management of customer reception, repair coordination, quality control, customer support, and operational management as part of the manufacturer’s after sales service functions.
Through a flexible independent operational structure,
we also contributed to reducing management workload and labor costs for client companies.
