In 2022, during the lockdown period in Shanghai, China, I relocated my base of operations to Japan. However, this was neither a temporary decision nor a coincidence. It was the result of a long-term vision that I had been developing for many years.

My interest in building a small business capable of operating across borders began around 2012. At that time, while studying economics and business management, I was deeply influenced by Robert Kiyosaki’s book Rich Dad Poor Dad.

In particular, the ideas of balancing “Business” and “Investment,” and building systems that continue to grow as long-term assets, have strongly shaped my current management philosophy.

I am not simply aiming to build a large company. Rather, I aspire to create a company that:

  • Generates healthy cash flow

  • Remains sustainable over the long term

  • Continues to increase its own value over time

In other words, a company that may be small in scale, but strong and resilient in its operations.

In 2015, I established my own company and began operating independently. Through years of practical experience in after-sales support, repair operations, logistics, and quality management, I gradually developed the idea that this operational model could also succeed outside of China.

In China, many small businesses operate under extremely competitive conditions. Fortunately, our business has continued steadily over the years and has achieved gradual growth.

At the same time, I personally came to recognize the importance of:

  • Management that prioritizes long-term value

  • Building a business within a stable market environment

For this reason, I came to believe that in order to truly realize my vision, it was necessary to establish the business within a stable international market and develop it sustainably over the long term.

Based on this philosophy, AXION HUB aims to build a practical and sustainable after-sales service structure by combining customer support, logistics management, and quality management operations in Japan with flexible collaboration alongside technical resources in China.

We are not simply a repair company. Our goal is to become an operational after-sales service platform that connects customers, manufacturers, and technical teams while building long-term relationships based on trust.

Although we are still a small organization, we remain committed to handling every request with sincerity and professionalism, while continuing to improve and grow step by step.
