AXION HUB PROJECT
Building Our Own Platform
Turning Years of Operational Experience into Long-term Capabilities
Every project we have supported has contributed something valuable.
Some projects strengthened our technical skills.
Others improved our operational processes, quality management, documentation or engineering methods.
Rather than leaving those improvements inside individual customer projects, we continue transforming them into the equipment, digital systems, operational standards and organizational knowledge that strengthen AXION HUB itself.
The AXION HUB Project is not a single development project.
It is our long-term commitment to continuously building a stronger platform for after-sales operations.
Equipment Development
Every piece of equipment we develop begins with a practical challenge encountered during daily work.
Instead of relying solely on commercially available tools, we design and improve equipment whenever it helps us perform our work more safely, efficiently or consistently.
Today our internally developed equipment includes:
- High-voltage diagnostic probes
- Automatic flash testing devices
- Dust removal cabinets
- 3D-printed repair fixtures
- Custom maintenance tools
- Inspection jigs
Each tool has been created to solve a real operational problem.
As our services continue to evolve, we will continue improving the equipment that supports them.
In the future, this development will also include an automated warehouse designed to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
Digital Operations
Building the Digital Foundation of After-sales Operations
Reliable after-sales operations depend on more than skilled engineers.
They also require accurate information, connected workflows and systems that allow every stage of the operation to work together.
Our digital platform has not been built all at once.
It has developed step by step, with each stage providing the foundation for the next.
Stage 1
After-sales Service Management System
Building the Operational Foundation
Our first internal system was developed to support daily repair operations.
It manages repair records, service history, workflow tracking, product information and photographic documentation.
This system forms the foundation of our daily after-sales operations.
Stage 2
Logistics & Inventory Management
Connecting Products, Parts and Information
As our operations expanded, we developed systems for receiving, shipping, inventory control and parts management.
These tools improve traceability and allow products and components to be tracked throughout the entire service process.
Stage 3
Knowledge Management
Turning Experience into Shared Knowledge
Technical knowledge should belong to the organization rather than individual engineers.
We therefore continue building an internal knowledge system that includes repair records, SOPs, technical documents, training materials and failure analysis.
This allows practical experience gained from one project to support future projects.
Stage 4
AHOS
After-sales Hub Operating System
AHOS represents the next stage of our digital development.
Rather than creating another standalone application, AHOS is designed to integrate the systems we have already built into one operational platform.
It brings together:
- Repair Management
- Logistics
- Inventory
- Quality Management
- Customer Support
- Knowledge Management
The objective is to create a unified workflow that improves visibility, consistency and operational efficiency across every stage of after-sales service.
Stage 5
AHOS SaaS Platform
Extending the Platform to Other Companies
Once AHOS has been fully validated through our own daily operations, the next step will be to develop it into a SaaS platform.
Our approach is simple.
First, we use the system ourselves.
Then we continuously improve it through real operational experience.
Only after it has proven its value do we plan to make it available to other companies.
Our goal is not simply to develop software.
It is to provide practical operational tools built on years of real-world after-sales experience.
Stage 6
Intelligent Operations
Supporting People Through AI and Automation
Looking further ahead, we plan to expand the platform through AI and intelligent automation.
Future developments may include:
- AI-assisted technical support
- Intelligent knowledge search
- Automated document generation
- Workflow assistance
- Automated warehouse integration
These technologies are intended to support people, improve efficiency and reduce repetitive work while maintaining high operational quality.
Operational Standards
Building Consistent Operations
Reliable service is achieved through consistent operations rather than individual experience alone.
Over the years, we have developed practical operational standards covering:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Engineer training
- Quality management
- Safety management
- ESD control
- Workspace organization
- Visual management
- Process optimization
These standards continue to evolve as we gain new operational experience.
Our objective is to create an environment where every engineer can work safely, efficiently and consistently.
Knowledge Management
Turning Experience into Organizational Knowledge
Every repair teaches something.
Every project creates new experience.
Rather than allowing that knowledge to disappear, we document, organize and continuously improve it.
Our knowledge management activities include:
- Repair case studies
- Technical documentation
- Engineering notes
- SOP updates
- Training materials
- Quality improvement records
These resources help us improve future operations while ensuring that valuable knowledge is shared across the organization rather than remaining with individual engineers.
Looking ahead, they will become part of an intelligent knowledge platform that supports engineers throughout every stage of the after-sales process.
Building Better Operations Every Day
Continuous Improvement Never Stops
The AXION HUB Project does not have a final completion date.
As new projects begin, new operational challenges naturally emerge.
Each challenge becomes another opportunity to improve our equipment, digital systems, operational standards and organizational knowledge.
Rather than treating these improvements as isolated achievements, we continue incorporating them into the platform we are building for ourselves.
We believe that reliable after-sales operations are built through continuous improvement.
Every improvement we make today becomes part of the foundation that supports tomorrow’s operations.
