Repair Pricing Information for Individual Customers

Due to the nature of repair services, it may be difficult to provide fixed pricing in advance for all cases.

Therefore, quotations are provided individually based on the details of each consultation and inspection.

Repair Service Flow for Individual Customers

① Consultation & Initial Assessment

We first review the product condition and listen carefully to the details of the issue.

② Initial Diagnosis & Estimated Quotation

Based on the information provided, we will prepare an initial repair quotation (estimated cost).
(An initial repair quotation document will be issued.)

③ Repair Process Begins (After Approval)

Repair work will begin after receiving your approval of the quotation.

④ Additional Inspection (If Required)

After disassembly and detailed inspection, differences from the original estimate may occasionally arise.

In such cases, we will contact you in advance and proceed only after receiving your confirmation and approval.

⑤ Repair Completion & Final Quotation

Once the repair is completed, a final repair quotation/invoice will be provided.

⑥ Return Shipment

The repaired product will be carefully returned to the customer.


About Repair Availability

Depending on the condition of the product and the nature of the failure, repairs may be difficult or not possible.

In such cases, the repair process will be discontinued and the product will be returned in its current condition.

Please note that, in this situation, only the return shipping cost will be charged.

This model provides a comprehensive repair support fee based on product shipment volume and the expected number of repair cases within a certain period.

Operational costs can remain stable regardless of fluctuations in actual repair volume.

② Workload-Based Model (Monthly Fee + Actual Cost Settlement)

This model is based on the actual repair workload, with a monthly operational fee structure.

Maintenance parts are procured in advance by AXION HUB, and costs are settled according to actual usage quantities.

  • High-value or precision equipment

  • Products with low or fluctuating repair volume

  • Products requiring strict quality management and individualized support

(Example: Coffee machines, medical equipment, beauty devices, etc.)
