As an initial response within Japan, we perform data erasure using specialized software designed to reduce the risk of information leakage.
The data erasure software we use complies with internationally recognized data deletion standards and requirements.

In addition, upon customer request, we can also provide physical destruction of storage media for complete hardware-level data elimination.
In such cases, devices that have undergone initial erasure in Japan may be transported to our processing facilities in Hong Kong or Shanghai, China, for final destruction processing.

This approach enables us to combine the convenience of domestic support in Japan with reliable final processing using specialized equipment and facilities.
